We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Whether you are in a major city like Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, or in a more remote area, we strive to bring our products to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of Rs. 0 on all orders.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3000 .

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of a return.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within:

    • Major Cities: 2 to 3 working days.

    • Rest of Pakistan: 4 to 6 working days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery.

  • Please ensure the correct amount is ready when the rider arrives.

  • To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete address and an active mobile number. Our courier partner may call you to verify your location before delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer was unavailable after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order. To reship, the customer may be asked to pay the shipping fee in advance.
