1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the seal is broken:

  • Personal grooming products (Hair trimmers, shavers, epilators).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at whatsapp chat 03209753799 within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund after a technical inspection.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via [Bank Transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa]. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
